- Standard Returns: Once we receive the item and approve the return, you’ll get a confirmation email. In it, we’ll let you know that the amount for the returned product(s) will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund should appear in your account within 7 to 15 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- If you selected other return options: If you chose options like free return label, refund in gift card, or any other special benefit through the return portal, the refund will be processed according to the method you selected.
Keep in mind that in some cases, return shipping fees or custom fees may be deducted. All this information is available in the return portal, where you can review the different benefits and options for your return.
