How can I locate my order?

  • If you’ve already received the Shipping Confirmation email, click on the link in it to view the status of your order.
  • If you haven’t received the shipping confirmation email, or can’t find it after checking your spam/promotions folders, don’t worry. You can check the status of your order on ourOrder Tracking page.  Just follow these steps:

1️⃣ Enter your confirmation number and the delivery postal code for your order.

2️⃣ Click on "Continue."
