Unfortunately, once the order is confirmed, we cannot modify the products in it.
Once the order enters the automated preparation process, it is not possible to make changes, as we begin preparing and packing the products for shipping.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund, so you can place a new order with the correct items.
