How can I make a return?

All products purchased from D.Franklin can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Simply go to our RETURN PORTAL and enter your email and order number to process the return.

(If your request is due to a damaged product, please contact us through our *Contact Form*, attach photos 📷, and describe the issue. Wait for the Quality Department to assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution before returning the item.)

· EU COUNTRIES (except Spain and Portugal):
You will need to return the product at your own expense, using the carrier of your choice. All returns must be sent to our warehouse in Spain, and the address and instructions can be found on our Returns Portal. Once your request is completed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the process. Please note that since this is not a service provided by us, we cannot assume responsibility for the returned package in cases not attributable to D.Franklin. We recommend keeping a proof of shipment.

· UNITED KINGDOM (UK):
We will provide a return label, and a €20 fee will be deducted for administrative expenses related to customs procedures.

· SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
You have three convenient options to choose from, depending on what suits your needs:

  1. 🔄 EXCHANGE: Need a different size? No problem! Select the size you want from those available on our returns portal, and we will send you a new one. The first size exchange on the same order is FREE! To ensure this, make sure to choose the free shipping option; otherwise, no return label will be provided, and you will need to cover the return shipping costs. If a second exchange is desired, a return must be processed, with a €11.97 deduction from the total amount, and you’ll need to place a new order with the desired size.
  2. 🎁 GIFT CARD: With this option, return shipping is FREE! We will send you a gift card for the value of the returned items, which you can use on our website with no expiration date. This option is helpful if you want to exchange your items for different ones without paying for return shipping.
  3. 💰 REFUND: We will refund the cost of your returned items to the original payment method used for your purchase. For this refund option, there is a return fee of €5.99 if you choose to use our return label.

· REST OF THE WORLD:
The return must be managed and covered by the customer. A €15 fee will be applied for administrative expenses related to customs procedures.





Remember!

✅ Print the return receipt you’ll receive via email and place it inside the package.
📦 Make sure the package is well-protected and avoid placing labels or tape on the original packaging of the items.
📮 Keep the proof of shipment to track your return.
🚚 Exchange and refund orders are processed and validated within a maximum of 14 days from receipt at our warehouse.
